Ms. Tabi Katouzi is an established and experienced attorney engaged in private practice in the Los Angeles area. She concentrates her practice on Elder Care law issues and is an expert in the ever-changing field of Medi-Cal law.

Ms. Katouzi received her Masters’ Degree from Cal Poly at Pomona and her Law Degree from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law. Initially working in a law firm with other attorneys, Ms. Katouzi observed that seniors were increasingly at the mercy of people from all walks of life, including other attorneys, who did not understand the law concerning Elders and Long Term Care. Well-meaning friends and advisors were creating serious problems for seniors through ignorance. In some cases, attorneys were charging huge sums to deal with such problems and the seniors and their families were paying too much and for wrong advice and bad solutions.

As a result of her observations, in 1997 Ms. Katouzi founded MEDI-CAL ADVISORS for LONG TERM CARE, whose two-fold purpose is: (1) to affordably obtain for her clients the maximum benefits allowed to them under the law; and (2) to ensure long term care is covered with their assets protected fully against any foreseeable contingency.

Ms. Katouzi has been more than successful in her aims. Her success rate is an astonishing 100 per cent. She has never lost a case.
