THE STORY OF HENRY PAPIEKA
( continued from home page )
Henry was very distraught. Frankly, he was worried sick. His wife
had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease long time ago and he
has had taken care of her for 7 years at home. But recently she
had fallen and broken her hip and was placed in a Nursing Home,
the one who had referred Henry to us.
The attorney had given Henry advice that was as wrong as it could
be. He'd told Henry to cash in all his annuities, cash in his CDs,
to make up a story and transfer assets to a cousin, buy a new Cadillac
and so forth. When we looked at Henry's situation, we discovered
that none of these "solutions" had been needed at all.
Henry's financial position before he had done any of these actions
was such that he was only a little bit over what was allowed by
law to be eligible for Medi Cal benefits. Each step Henry had taken
had been for nothing. Moreover, following the bad advice had significantly
worsened Henry's financial position.
Medi Cal Advisors went to work reverting what Henry had done as
laid out by his attorney friend. The Cadillac was handled by Ms.
Katouzi, founder of Medi Cal Advisors, telephoning to the Cadillac
dealer that had sold the car to Henry. After explaining what had
taken place, Ms. Katouzi was successful in getting the dealership
to take back the car and give Henry a full and complete refund on
his purchase price for the automobile.
Next were his investments.
Step by step, Ms. Katouzi handled Henry's situation. She even contacted
the attorney friend who had ill advised Henry and got the ex Naval
officer to take responsibility for his well intentioned but seriously
flawed solutions. The attorney friend saw that he had been wrong.
Encouraged by Ms. Katouzi, he paid Henry the sum it had cost Henry
in losses to carry out the unnecessary handling. In the end, Henry
and his wife were able to keep their assets as well as the income
to which they were entitled under Social Security. Ms. Katouzi saved
Henry and his wife their life savings and their assets and she did
it through her complete knowledge and exceptional capacity to provide
personal care and service on an immediate, one on one basis.

MORE TESTIMONIALS AND SUCCESS STORIES...
To Whom It May Concern:
It is rare in the business world to find individuals whose motivation
in life is not based upon money, as money is the main reason most
people enter the world of commerce. In fact there are two types
of motivation in the business world, though one is so unusual that
it is not always recognized when it appears. It is a much higher
form of motivation than money. It is DUTY motivation.
Persons motivated by duty are found more often in leading positions
in charitable organizations or in social betterment groups. But
when such an individual appears in the business world, that person
takes on an aura of sainthood after awhile without anyone really
understanding why. The answer is DUTY motivation. That person is
motivated by a duty to his or her clients. That person CARES and
will go out of his or her way for the well being of a client, understanding
and assisting way beyond the normal call of a commercial relationship.
Such a person is MS. TABI KATOUZI, an attorney practicing law in
Los Angeles, California. In my experience working with Ms. Katouzi,
I found her to be professional in every way and I learned that she
is one of those rare individuals whose motivation toward her clients
is the highest grade of motivation there is: duty motivation. If
only others in the business world were as professional, caring and
duty motivated as she, the world would be a much different and a
much more pleasant place!

When my wife had a stroke and had to go from the hospital to a nursing
home, I was devastated. Had no idea what to do, emotionally drained
and fearful that financially would be wiped out. The nursing home
put me in touch with Medi Cal Advisors. Tabi was a godsend. She
met with me, devised a plan and executed it with near perfection.
My wife got on Medi Cal, I got to keep all of our income and she
managed to get the court to transfer our house into my name. She
was there every step of the way. She gave me peace of mind, when
I needed it the most. She is more than an attorney, she is a trusted
friend.
Dear Ms. Katouzi:
I would like to thank you for your help in getting my mother
approved for full Medi-Cal benefits, for helping me to understand
the process along the way, and for giving me advice on how to
find placement for her in a nursing home. Since our first meeting
in your office, I could see that you were sincere and would put
forth your best efforts to help my mother and I with our situation.
I was impressed with your compassion, caring and the speed with
which, you accomplished the complicated task of getting her on
Medi-Cal and saving my dad’s home and other assets.
Based on my experience with your office, I will certainly recommend
your services to anyone that I know or meet who may need them.
I have appreciated your professionalism with this matter and you
can be assured that I will seek your office out for any future
legal issues as the may arise.

To Whom It May Concern:
My mom was an accomplished businesswoman. She became gravely
ill and the Nursing Home became a possibility. I did not know
what to do, where to go. One of my customers gave me Tabi's number
and told me she is the best. Just call her. I did and it was the
best thing I have ever done. She made everything clear for me.
Advised on what to do. She became so involved with our lives that
the first person I called when my mom finally passed away, was
her. She was my guardian Angel. I will never forget her care,
concern, knowledge and professionalism.

When my aunt became incapacitated to the point where she could
no longer remain in the Senior Citizens' Home she was in, I had
no idea what to do, fearful that financially she would be wiped
out. I had to plan on moving her to a convalescent care facility
where she could get much greater nursing care as her incontinence
and senility worsened. The Senior Citizen's Home put me in touch
with a Medi Cal Advisor, Ms. Tabi Katouzi. She was a godsend!
She met with me, devised a plan and executed it nearly perfectly.
Through careful planning with Tabi, my aunt was able to qualify
for Medi Cal and still preserve what capital she had left. Ms.
Katouzi was there every step of the way. She gave me the peace
of mind when I needed it most. She is more than an attorney, she
is a trusted friend.

Dear Ms. Katouzi,
Thank you for your expertise in asset protection. Your professionalism
and knowledge of Medi Cal guidelines ranks you as one of the leaders
in your profession.
As a social worker in the long term care industry, I am faced
with the challenge of providing necessary resources. Several months
ago, I was asked by a family for some advice on qualifying for
Medi Cal when one exceeds the financial limits and faced with
the burden of caring for their loved one while trying to maintain
the home. As I pondered their dilemma, I recalled a lecture given
by you to the families of our facility. I referred that family
to you. And with(in) a few weeks you proved to be a true expert.
Your hard work provided not only the needed resources but peace
of mind as well.
As a social worker I want to thank you personally for helping
so many of our families. Qualifying for Medi Cal, whether one
has substantial assets or just a nest egg, is as easy as calling
Tabi Katouzi.
Sincerely,
